You can cancel your membership by:

Log into your account

Go to the "my account" page

Click the "Manage" button on the Virtual Mobility Coach icon.

Scroll to your subscription and click the subscription

Click "Cancel"

Fill out brief exit form and click "submit"



*If you subscribed through the app, you can either cancel through the app itself or though the apple app store or the google play store depending on what platform you're on.

**Please note that refunds; prorated or otherwise are not issued on cancelled membership. At the time of cancellation, the account will be updated to "pending cancellation" and you will retain access to content until the end of your billing period (month for monthly subscriptions and year for annual subscriptions)
