We suggested having Becoming a Supple Leopard 2.0 as supplemental reading, but it is absolutely not needed to successfully complete this course.

The 101 online course includes 77 instructional videos (over 9 hours) with demonstrations along with several photos to analyze and over 400 quiz questions. Each video is followed by a short quiz pertaining directly to the video you just watched - there is no final exam.  It will likely take you about 11 hours to complete the course. Although you can take the course at your own pace. It is taken entirely online.  
It does cover most of the material taught in the CF Mobility course, but Kelly has added information to this course. We do offer anyone who took the CF Mobility course a 50% discount on the 101 online course.
