Can I pause or change my membership?

The options available depend on which Ready State membership you have.

Mobility Coach

Mobility Coach memberships cannot be paused.

Starrett System

Phase 1 and Phase 2

Phase 1 and Phase 2 cannot be paused. They are discrete 12-week and 20-week blocks of access.

Phase 3

Phase 3 users can cancel and restart their subscription.
