# Where can I find my assessment results?

## You can review your Mobility Assessment results under Performance in either the Mobility Coach web app or mobile app.

Your Mobility Assessment results are available in the **Performance** section of Mobility Coach.

### In the web app

1. Go to [https://app.thereadystate.com/performance](https://app.thereadystate.com/performance)
2. Sign in to your Mobility Coach account if prompted.
3. In the left navigation, open **Test Your Mobility**.
4. Select **Performance**.

From the Performance page, you can review your most recent assessment scores and compare them with previous completed assessments.

### In the mobile app

1. Open the **Mobility Coach** app.
2. Navigate to **Test Your Mobility**.
3. Select **Performance**.

Your assessment results and progress history will appear there.
